In this 3-hour class you will learn how to prepare rice, how to cut fish and vegetables, and how to roll sushi. You will learn new sauces and ingredients, and sushi etiquette and history. Bring your appetite, as you will be preparing your very own sushi to enjoy in class. By the end of the evening you will have mastered the basics of creating sushi so you can make and enjoy this popular Asian cuisine at home!
