The venerable storytellers from Book & Puppet Co. share some of their favorite tales and characters every Wednesday at the Easton Public Market, as kids and their parents are invited to explore the market's FreySmiles Kids' Zone. Grab a breakfast sandwich from Dundore & Heister, a drink from Fieldstone Coffee Roasters & Tea, or a sweet treat from one of your favorite vendors.

Learn the basics of one of the most important tools of the kitchen, THE KNIFE!
Chef Chris Bavlinka of Stone Soup will guide you through the basics of cutting and dicing along with knife skills needed to perform everyday food tasks in your home kitchen. Also learn some advanced skills along with tips for keeping your knives sharp and well maintained. The skills learned in this class will be used throughout your lifetime!
And while you are honing your knife skills enjoy some specialty dishes created by Chef Bavlinka, so save your appetite!

Laura Purfield is a singer-songwriter from a wee village on the east coast of IRELAND called Julianstown. She is an accomplished singer, having achieved a first class honours degree in Solo Performance in Contemporary Voice from Dundalk Institute of Technology. Laura has been in America since the summer of 2012, working, traveling and playing as much music as she can. It wasn’t long before Laura made the move to Nashville, to embrace all the wonderful culture and music that Music City can provide. Laura’s musical style is largely acoustic in nature and her songwriting is very lyrically driven. There are elements of pop and folk to her sound.
