Taylor Taco Shop, established in 2018, is an Easton-based taqueria started by Matt Martin from More Than Q. The mission of Taylor Taco is to honor time-honored traditional recipes while infusing their own chef-driven concepts. Whether you choose “Your Taylor” or “Our Taylor”, the focus is delivering the highest quality food and service.

Menu options include: tacos, burritos, bowls, rice, beans, guacamole, salsa, home-made chips, tostones (fried plantains) and elontes (street corn-on-the-cob).

Taylor Taco Shop is named after Eastonian George Taylor, one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. His last living residence located at Ferry & South Fourth Streets is the oldest surviving residence in Easton.
