Go beyond the glass and discover the secrets behind your favorite style of whiskey. Meet whiskey author Lew Bryson and get a signed copy of his new book, Whiskey Master Class. Lew will read from the book, then discuss whiskey flavor creation with Chad Butters, founder of Eight Oaks Farm Distillery, and they will illustrate how that works with samples of Eight Oaks whiskey.

Over the past three decades, Lew Bryson has been one of the most influential voices in whiskey—a longtime editor of Whisky Advocate and author of the definitive guide Tasting Whiskey. In his new book, Whiskey Master Class: The Ultimate Guide to Understanding Scotch, Bourbon, Rye, and More, Lew shares everything he’s learned on his journey through the worlds of bourbon, Scotch, rye, Japanese whiskey, and more (yes, there are tasty Canadian and Irish whiskeys as well!).
