Join us as we offer an Oyster Shucking class from Silvershell Counter + Kitchen at the Easton Public Market.
You’ll learn the proper technique for popping open these delicious treats from our skilled team. Attendees will enjoy twelve oysters along with complementary bubbly, seltzer or non alcoholic spritzer, as well as receive a shucking kit that includes a shucking knife, a cut glove and a recipe for mignonette, a traditional oyster accompaniment. All classes run at 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and occur in front of Silvershell Counter + Kitchen in the Easton Public Market.
