The foundation of all great cooking is great techniques; Confidence in your knife skills and just a bit of practice will glow-up your daily meal prep and maybe even impress your friends!
This course will begin with a brief review of knife anatomy and care before moving on to a variety of hands-on techniques. Learn to dice an onion in seconds (safely, and with no tears!), chiffonade herbs, and several other common cuts , then dive into more obscure and beautiful cuts.
Please bring any knife related questions! All supplies will be provided, however you are encouraged to bring your own knives if you are more comfortable.
This course is for ages 16+, and those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
