Protein & Plants with the Dharma Kitchen & Conroy Chiropractic
Thursday, March 30th
Limited to 10 seats.
Curious about why people are going ga-ga for paleo eating? It’s the food of our ancestors, or so the trend says, but mostly, a paleo diet favors sustainable meats, veggies and eggs. (Lots and lots of eggs.) It also means staying away from (or outlawing entirely) a lot of processed junk, sugar, grains and dairy. Does that sound too limiting?
Let Dr. Matt Conroy of Conroy Chiropractic and Carrie Havranek of the Dharma Kitchen surprise you. Join them to find out how a paleo approach can help boost your health and deepen your understanding of plants and proteins in general, and the necessary role that fat plays in our diets. Class will include sampling, recipes and take-home paleo cheat sheet.
