Hot Sauce Fermentation Class

Turn up the heat and learn the art of fermenting your own hot sauce!

Join our local hot pepper lover Farmer Mark at the Easton Public Market for a hands-on workshop where you’ll discover how to transform farm-grown, chemical-free hot peppers into flavorful, probiotic-rich hot sauce that’s uniquely yours.

Each participant will receive:

• A 12oz jar filled with a colorful selection of our locally grown hot peppers
• Fresh garlic, ginger, bay leaf, and other spices to customize your ferment
• A bottle of fruit-based hot sauce made together in class

Whether you’re a spice lover or new to fermentation, this workshop will guide you through each step, from preparing your ingredients to understanding the fermentation process.
