Herbal Tea Workshop

Come join our Farmer & Herbalist Inbal for a relaxed, hands-on evening of tea, herbs, and good company. We’ll sip warm tea together while walking you through some favorite medicinal herbs and how to use them to support things like sleep, digestion, and focus. We’ll taste a few blends, talk about how herbs work better together, and you’ll get to mix up a custom blend that’s all your own. No previous knowledge of herbs or tea necessary!

Each participant will go home with:
• A jar of your own handmade tea blend
• A spread of dried herbs to choose from
• Fresh herbal tea + cookies to enjoy during class
