Primordia Mushroom Farm is a family owned and built farm nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of eastern Pennsylvania.  They grow a diversity of quality mushrooms indoors year-round, and forage and source a constant evolving breadth of wild and eclectic edibles. Not only are mushrooms loaded with antioxidants and immune boosting properties, they make a great meat substitute, especially during the summer grilling season. Grill and marinate portobellos for a fabulous ‘burger.’ Make a Maitake mushroom sloppy joe or taco filling.
