What’s the difference between Silvershell’s fish and your typical supermarket fish? Silvershell Counter + Kitchen at EPM gets their fish in daily, inspects for only the freshest quality, and butchers it in-house. When you get the whole fish you can tell its level of freshness. Steve painstakingly butchers them and then makes magic happen. Look for some amazing halibut this week.
