From the Highmark® Farmstand to your table – nutritious, delicious (not to mention super convenient) plant-based dinners prepared in the EPM Kitchen. Just heat and eat!  Here is the dinner menu along with some dessert options that will please your palate and feed your soul!

Single Dinner Serving: $8 

Portobello Spinach and Gouda Ravioli over Sautéed Purple Kale and Onions with Brown Sage Butter
Organic pasta (egg, wheat), Portobello, spinach, cheese, olive oil, butter, sage, kale, onion, salt, pepper, garlic.

• Roasted Veggie Quiche with Tomato Cucumber Salad
Egg, zucchini, onion, bell pepper, kale, cheese, wheat flour, butter, tomato, cucumber, yogurt, white vinegar, fresh fennel, salt and pepper.

• Stuffed Portobello with Parmesan Rosemary Pan Fried Potatoes
Portobello mushroom, olive oil, panko bread crumbs, chard, red wine, bell pepper, onion, garlic, goat feta, rosemary, parmesan cheese, potato, marinara (tomato, basil, onion, garlic).

• Veggie Lasagna with Italian Salad
Italian Salad: Purple kale, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, carrot, feta cheese and house made rosemary Dijon dressing

Soup ($5-$6):  Creamy Sweet Potato Apple Bisque or Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Salad Bowl ($8):  Red leaf lettuce, cherry tomato, cucumber, blackberries, raspberries, carrot, basil, ricotta cheese, topped with crispy curried tofu and served with blueberry lemon vinaigrette.

Dessert ($3-$7):  Muffins, Banana Bread – 1/2 Loaf or Bites, and Gluten Free Blueberry Muffin Bread Pudding, and Salted Caramel Banana Bread Pudding,
