The foundation of all great cooking is great techniques; Confidence in your knife skills and just a bit of practice will glow-up your daily meal prep.

This course will begin with a brief review of knife anatomy and care before moving on to a variety of hands-on techniques. Learning to dice an onion in seconds (safely, and with no tears!), chiffonade herbs, and mince garlic like a pro, then dive into more obscure and beautiful cuts.
