Join Chef Christopher Bavlinka, owner of The Stone Soup, on a culinary tour of Asia that includes dishes of Mainland China, Thailand and Vietnam. You will learn how to make dumplings, summer rolls, and master basic stir fry techniques.  Make your own Asian dishes at home once you complete this class and impress your friends and family with your knowledge of this delicious cuisine.  Bring your appetite to enjoy the dishes that will be prepared on your Asian culinary tour in the Easton Public Market Kitchen.   Register HERE

Children’s Story Hour

Every Wednesday | 9:30 am in the FreySmiles Kids’ Zone

EPM and Book & Puppet Co. are teaming up to offer families a free morning storyhour. The venerable storytellers from Book & Puppet Co. will share some of their favorite tales and characters every Wednesday, as kids and their parents are invited to explore the market’s FreySmiles Kids’ Zone.

Easton Public Market’s story time with a delicious lineup.  Bring your future foodies to the market on Thursdays for a story and a tasty snack!  Here’s what’s on the menu:

January 23:  Fresh Citrus (Orange you glad it’s January?) Highmark® Farmstand
January 30:  Mac n’ Cheese – More Than Q (and a special visit from Tip and our friends at Crayola Experience!)
February 6:  Valentine’s Day Linzer Tart Cookies – The Modern Crumb

February 20:  Indian Cuisine – Aman’s

The Easton Compost Program was launched in July 2018 as a partnership between the City of Easton, American Biosoils, and the Greater Easton Development Partnership . We’re completing the food loop – farm to fork to farm, again.

*Winter 2020 Compost Collection Schedule:  January, February, March & April – 2nd & 4th Saturdays – 9 am to 1 pm
