Join Marisa McClellan, author of Food in Jars and Preserving by the Pint, for our Kitchen Basics Class on Canning.  Learn to prepare Marisa’s Strawberry Cocoa Jam Recipe in our Market Kitchen.  Students will learn the basics of canning and receive a recipe and sample to take home.
