Full of Crepe owners, Mike and Rebecca Pichetto, will serve up nostalgia with a new shop featuring hot dogs, burgers, and shakes! Rod’s Hot Dogs will debut summer 2021, replacing Full of Crepe with Northern Jersey-style fried hot dogs called “rippers”. They will also offer bratwurst, chicken dogs, and even vegan hot dogs. Rounding out the menu will be hand-pressed burgers with ground beef from fellow EPM vendor Saylors & Co, waffle fries, onion rings, and milkshakes made with ice cream from Bank Street Creamery just down the block!
