Market District Tours

The Easton Market District has many options for food and socializing — whether you’re interested in a school field trip, a senior center outing, or an outing for your club or organization, the Easton Market District has something for your group.

Start with the Easton Farmers’ Market, add the city’s fine local food and restaurants, craft spirits, and the Easton Public Market, and you will find that the Easton Market District offers an experience unlike anything else in the Lehigh Valley!

The Easton Farmers’ Market (EFM), established in 1752, is the oldest open-air market in the country where vendors have been selling local and fresh products since before the Revolutionary War.  The EFM is held in Centre Square year round and features more than 35 vendors selling locally grown produce, artisan breads and cheese, baked goods, prepared foods, crafts and more. Enjoy live music, kids’ activities and great festivals throughout the season!

The Easton Public Market (EPM) is the ultimate downtown Easton foodie destination. At EPM there is a passionate group of entrepreneurs, farmers and chefs who are committed to their craft, including a butchery, fresh seafood, bakery, artisan cheeses, café, chocolatier, local and sustainably grown produce, specialty foods, noodle bar, craft beer, wine, wood-fired pizza, crepes and BBQ. EPM hosts public and private events in the EPM Kitchen and Community Room from cooking classes, to tastings, to tour groups and business gatherings. The market also has a custom-designed children’s play area where kids can create and play.
