Easton Public Market Welcomes Eight Oaks Craft Distillers

Customers looking for true farm-to-bottle spirits won’t have to go far. On March 9, Easton Public Market welcomed Eight Oaks Craft Distillers as its newest vendor.  Eight Oaks is a distiller based on a ‘seed to glass’ philosophy. The company grows the grains used in its signature spirits right on its Lehigh County farmland.  The distillery is known for its small-batch craft spirits, including; American Vodka, American Gin, Colonial Rum, Authentic Applejack, Penna Rye Whiskey and Bourbon Whiskey.  “We had Eight Oaks as a vendor at Easton Farmers’ Market, as well as at PA Bacon Fest in the fall, and we found that customers really responded to the idea of farm-to-bottle spirits,” said Megan McBride, market district director. “For us, it seemed like a natural fit and a complement to the other offerings at the Easton Public Market.”

Eight Oaks’ bottle shop is located between the Highmark Farmstand and Mister Lee’s Noodles. Customers will be able to sample spirits, learn about Eight Oaks’ products and buy bottles at the EPM shop.

Stop by and welcome Chad, Melissa and the Eight Oaks crew to EPM!
