Join Dr. Matt Conroy of Conroy Chiropractic and Carrie Havranek of the Dharma Kitchen for a class that looks at the most important part of your health—your gut!
The class will include discussion and sampling of all kinds of prebiotic and probiotic foods. We will talk about the importance of shifting your diet when the seasons shift, and cook some foods that will help your body ease into the transition of spring. Think good proteins, a warming soup, and dark, bitter greens. Participants will leave with knowledge, recipes and possibly some leftover food!
Butchery, fresh seafood, bakery, artisan cheese, café, chocolatier, local & sustainably grown produce, specialty foods, noodle bar, craft beer, wine, wood-fired pizza, crepes & BBQ. Plus demo kitchen, culinary events and classes!
