Buddha Bowls are full of colorful ingredients arranged in little piles, so much so that the top of the bowl swells like a full Buddha’s full belly. With a combination of greens, grains, legumes, veggies, nuts and/or legumes, these hearty salad-like meals are often brought (but not always) together with a creamy, tahini-based dressing.We’ll talk about simple ways to boost the flavor of fruits and veggies, and create palettes that will effortlessly combine with ingredients you have on hand.
